This is a video of my workout doing mainly chest and legs.
Very simple workout
5 rounds warm up
5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats
4 rounds
Bench press
heavier squats
reverse jack knives
4 rounds
alternating dumbbell curl to Arnold press
narrow bench press
push up position shoulder taps.
This workout is meant to have fast sets with short break time in between rounds
