Alright Beginners you have had your chance to build up your strength, now it is time to take it to the next step and put together a good workout.

This Should be done 3 times per week in the beginning, and there will be more videos coming out to go over how to change things up in the near future.

Following the steps so far you should be feeling amazing and stronger than you have in a long time.
