When it comes to Stretching and Foam Rolling there is a good time to do it and a bad time.

This video goes over the right times to stretch as well as foam roll.

Static stretching is best first thing in the morning, just after workouts, or right before bed.

Foam Rolling can be done just before workouts however should not do excessive amounts of rolling, it is always best just after workouts or after the body has cooled down from a workout.

After rolling and stretching MAKE SURE YOU DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. You are breaking down Fascia and releasing toxins into your blood stream, be sure you flush them out with great hydration.
