Don’t have cardio equipment?

I have you covered, this video goes over a fantastic cardio circuit you can do in the privacy of your own home or even outside.

Items you need:

  • Jump Rope
  • Timer
  • Open space

Exercises you will be doing:

  • Jumping Rope 30 seconds
  • Burpees 10 to 30 reps
  • Squat Jumps 10 to 50 reps
  • Mountain Climbers 30 each leg or up to 1 minute

Rest time between exercises:

  • 10 to 30 seconds or until heart rate is back down to reasonable level to continue.

Duration of Cardio:

  • 30 minutes total

Style of Cardio:

  • High Intense Interval Training
