Circuit training is amazing for not only keeping to a small space in the gym for different parts of your workout, but it also cuts down rest time in between sets, and works a lot more like High Intense Interval Training. How you may be wondering? By doing these circuits you will be raising your heart rate and then taking a shorter time to rest before getting back to work.
This will help you not only get much better cardio shape but it will also raise hormone levels that help you drop body fat faster.
